Nicole's Transplant Fundraiser

Hi my name is Nicole Miller Boyd and I am a 34 year old African American. I am the wife of Tony Boyd and the  mother Key'Onvay 15, and Kennedy 7.  I was born and raised in Sylvester, GA and attended Worth County Public School System. 
At the early age of 9 I was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes.
This has not been an easy journey for me and now I am faced with having to have a Kidney  & PancreasTransplant because my diabetes has begun to take a toll on my internal organs.  I am currently on dialysis 3 days a week. Along with diabetes, I also suffer from Hypertention, High Cholesterol, Congestive Heart Failure(CFH), and Anemia.
I am currently unemployed do to my medical conditions, my husband Tony is employed with Hatcher Tractor Services but unfortunately his employment does not provide or offer medical insurance so I don't have any medical insurance to help me with my transplants.
Before I can be placed  on the  Transplant List, I am faced with having to pay $10,000 upfront. So I am reaching out for help in reaching my goal to be placed on the Transplant List.
 Please help me to reach my goal of $10,000. Any amount that you can donate would be greatly appreciated. It is my prayer that God will Bless each of you abundantly!!
