Chelsea Heights' DI Globals Trip

The Nightmare Hashbrowns, 7 amazing Chelsea Heights students, came together to get to their “Destination Imagination!” on----by playing and practicing, problem solving and creating since Fall 2016.  
Destination Imagination (DI) is imaginative problem solving, team building, and life skills. Teams are asked to create solutions to competitive intellectual challenges.
The Nightmare Hashbrowns were trying to make an egg stand off the ground.  It fell at the last moment.

All the Hashbrowns go to Chelsea Heights in St. Paul, MN-- in the Como Neighborhood. " We are Chelsea Heights. It is the best. Better than any school-- north, south, eat or west. YES!"

At the Destination Imagination Regionals, our team, the Nightmare Hash Browns, won 1st place. This allowed our team to go to the Destination Imagination STATE Competition.     Winning DI Regionals Video



GOING TO DESINATION IMAGINATION STATE:
At DI STATE, the Nightmare Hashbrowns placed 2nd, qualifying the Nightmare Hash Browns to go to DI Globals.


Tennessee or BUST!!!! Nightmare Hashbrowns are asking for your help. We need to raise $10,000.

We (Hashbrown families) are raising funds to send our Nightmare Hashbrowns to the Destination Imagination Globals taking place in Knoxville, TN from May 24-27, 2017.  

$ 7,500.00 Destination Imagination Primary Payment  ($750.00 per person with 10 people on the team with room, board, and tournament entry fees)   

$    300.00 Van rental- 15 passenger ($60.00 a day for 5 days)

$    200.00 Gas (64 gallons)

$    800.00 Hotel ( $200 a night for 4 nights)

$ 1,200.00 Food ( Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Snacks for 4 days)

Donations: When I (Hashbrown mom) receive the money in my bank account, I write a check and drive the money over to our DI manager's house (Hashbrown mom)!!! She puts it in the DI GLOBALS fund.
