NolansHope

As many of you know, Nolan was diagnosed with Duchenne muscular dystrophy and autism when he was 3 and our worst fear has finally happened, he has severe cardiomyopathy and is in heart failure. We are trying to raise money for funeral expenses but Eric and I also wanted to try to raise a little for taking him on possibly his final vacation. He is an animal lover and it has been our dream to take him to the zoo in Miami for a few years but it just never happened, we thought we had more time but we don’t. This would be an amazing final wish for him and I know so many of my friends and family would really love to do this for him. The funeral expense is also something that we desperately need but to have this last fun and exciting vacation with him and all the memories that we make that will be with us forever. We have been okayed by the doctor for travel as soon as we can. I want to say thank you to everyone for all your well wishes, we appreciate the love that all of you have been sending our way. He is such a wonderful, beautiful little boy and this should not be happening to him. #NolansHope means more now than ever before. Thank you all so much!
