Hey there friends of the Formans!
Dave will be having his first surgery on December 3rd and will be staying until December 7th. If you just read that and are unaware of Dave's recent diagnosis, there is a FB group you can join called...you guessed it, Dave's Busted Arm!
Fortunately, Julie will be able to stay with Dave at the hospital which is a huge blessing. Let's work together to help cover various expenses such as food, parking, and fuel so that Dave & Julie can focus on Dave's recovery without having to worry about the money they are spending while in the hospital. After the initial surgery, Dave will undergo follow up visits & physical therapy to get him back to doing some of the things he loves, like playing the guitar, playing make-believe with the girls,
or teaching Hudson some new dance moves
We all want to see this family back in full swing!
