2019年12月28日 至今 郭文贵直播 侮辱 谩骂 诽谤 我和我家人。我将采取法律诉讼来了结此问题。
我2017年6月左右开始YouTube频道，每天一集，支持郭文贵的爆料行为，一直是他的支持者之一，2019年受郭邀请，秘密前往纽约，和史蒂芬 班农，郭文贵等人在郭的办公室，直播做节目支持香港游行抗议活动。
2017 - 2019年底 2年半的时间里，我与郭之间互相支持。
直到我11月份开始计划在澳洲成立非营利组织这件事情让他感到非常意外，12月28日起对我发起文化大革命式的网络谩骂侮辱攻击。
我咨询了澳洲律师，和美国律师之后，综合考虑，决定去美国起诉郭文贵。
此次诉讼费用按照美国平均诉讼案件的预估费用大约10-15万美元。
此次众筹的费用仅用于 交通 住宿 律师及诉讼费用。 所有费用都会全程记录在案。
From Dec 28, 2019 till now, Miles Kwok (Wengui Guo) has live broadcasted insults, abuse, and slander to me and my family. I will take legal action to resolve this issue.
I started My YouTube channel in June 2017, one episode per day to support Wengui Guo’s whistleblowing. I was one of his supporters.
In 2019, I was invited by Guo to his office in Manhattan New York City on a full paid trip.
I live-streamed with Steve K Bannon, Wengui Guo and others in Guo Office to support Hong Kong protests from June 10 2019 to June 15 2019.
In last two and a half years, Guo and I supported each other.
On Dec 28 2019 Guo was very surprised that I started planning to establish a non-profit organization in Australia, and he started cyber bullying on me and my family on his live stream broadcast.
After consulting with Australian lawyers and American lawyers, I decided to go to the United States to sue Wengui Guo.
The average cost of a lawsuit in USA is estimated at approximately $100,000 to $150,000 USD.
The cost of this crowdfunding will be only used for transportation, accommodation. lawyers and litigation costs.
All costs will be fully documented.
