Help support Mohammed, a Palestinian poet, and his family.

My name is Adam Hettler, a teacher and musician in Minnesota and I am fundraising for my friend Mohammed Abu Lebda and his family. He is asking for help to support himself, his parents and two younger brothers.

Mohammed is a Palestinian poet and translator living in Gaza. He and his family have been displaced multiple times and they are struggling to afford basic needs.

Due to limited aid shipments the past two months, prices for goods are higher. He is asking for your donations to be able to afford food, water, clothing, a tent and other necessities in the coming weeks or months.

It is hard to know how long the conflict will continue, so we have put the goal at $10,000 assuming it may continue for months.

A tent is about $700

For all five of them they would like $50 a day for food and other supplies.

Whatever we are able to raise I will send to him.
