Pay Furaha’s Remaining Hospital Bill

In February, one of my friend’s cousins, Furaha, was hit by a bus in Mombasa, Kenya and broke his leg. Thanks to the generous contributions of family and friends, we paid the €600 needed to have Furaha released from the hospital. Now we need to pay the remaining hospital bill before the hospital will readmit him for the next necessary surgery.

At this point, Furaha is healing at his aunt’s house. Once his leg is sufficiently recovered, perhaps at the end of April, he will undergo a second surgery in which a metal rod will be inserted into his leg. The amount of this current fundraiser will cover Furaha’s stay in a hospital in Kenya from late February to April 3, when he was discharged.
