Our production company, "Pay it Forward Productions", is inspired by the message of the movie "Pay it Forward" - to make a positive impact on the world through our work. We aim to create socially conscious and emotionally impactful content, while also offering a unique profit-sharing model for both employees and investors. We are excited to introduce our innovative business model that not only offers profit sharing to both employees and investors but also has a leadership team made up of 100% minority representation. We believe that diversity in leadership leads to more innovative, authentic and impactful content, and ultimately a more successful company. Our goal is to create a mutually beneficial partnership in which everyone can share in the success of our productions.

Meet Moani- Moani Ichinose, CEO, was a recipient of the Dean’s Award for academic excellence at Colgate University in Hamilton, N.Y. Receiving her Bachelor of Arts. Working with NBC Universal, HBO, and other Big 10 production companies. She is calm, calculated, funny, and loving. During the 1st few years, Moani will be leading the post-production of operations.

Meet SKI- Ski Duaphinie- Graduating from the University of South Carolina Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations with a minor in Film Studies. Ski's expertise in public relations gives her a unique position and understanding of industry standards. She will use these skills to shape our company into an inspiring corporation that believes in equity and equality.

Meet Jennifer- Jennifer Fullante, CEO, Bachelor's degree in management, from Johnson and Wales University, allows her to take control of many different projects. Her unique faculty for facilitating and finding faculty is fascinating. She is able to spot talents and place them into a setting that will allow each person to flourish. These facilitations allow the company to maximize profits as well as human equity.

Meet Daniel- Daniel McGarrigle, CEO, after focusing his studies on Journalism, Daniel took to a life of adventure. Film and Television provided a unique opportunity for him to continue his Journey. Danny has grassroots connections in both film and television and many other companies. These connections are to network executives, producers, crew members and top actors. Danny’s natural charm allows us to leverage these connections.

Meet Mother Kay- Kenyatta Taste, CEO, An activist and content creator. Kenyatta Taste has a hold over all social media platforms. As a promoter and social media manager, she learned many skills and will be able to stay ahead of the advertising and media contributions necessary to engage our audience and shareholders.
