Austrian American Mozart Academy - Summer Program

God has really shown how awesome he is. Thursday, May 16th at 1:17pm I received an email from my voice teacher, Dr. Diddle, that stated there was an opening in the Salzburg Austrian American Mozart Academy (AAMA) program this summer for a young tenor needing experience. With no audition fee, I decided to throw my hat in the ring and audition. Later that day, I received an email from them stating that I had been selected for the role of Bastien in Mozart’s Opera, Bastien and Bastienne. This program takes place in Salzburg, Austria from July 9th - August 9th.

I have already worked with the generous faculty in Austria and have received a €1500 scholarship to participate in the program, but it will still cost me  roughly $4,250 out of pocket. I am asking you to help me in my first out of country singing experience. Even a $1 donation helps me get closer to my goal! The less money that I have to raise myself, the more time I can spend working on preparing for this awesome adventure. Thank you!
