SEXPILL Lawyer Fund

On Sunday, June 18th (Father’s Day),

SEXPILL was driving home to Houston at 3 AM. After playing at the Oblivion Access fest in Austin, they were pulled over and searched without reason.

At 3 AM, we were the only car on HWY 71, and the officer trailed our car for a few minutes before proceeding to pull us over. Not only was I completely sober, I was driving lawfully, not speeding, and had nothing to conceal. The officer claimed a taillight was out, and after examining our car later that week, we found the taillight was working properly. The taillight not working was just a fabrication.

Upon pulling us over, he claimed there was a smell of marijuana coming from the car even though we had none. He then forced us out of the vehicle, searched us and began to search the car.

He found my prescription ADHD medication, and I explained to him that it was prescribed. He refused to listen, boldly claimed it was ecstasy and handcuffed me.

Unfortunately, he claims to have found another illicit substance and paraphernalia in a bag that we weren't aware of and charged all of us with 2 felony possessions.
