Making it illegal to give out free food to homeless people in America is becoming more and more common in cities around the country. Currently it is illegal to give out free food to homeless people in several major cities in America, and 71 cities across the country have passed or tried to pass ordinances that criminalize feeding the homeless. Scripture tells us in Matthew 5:42 "Give to the one who begs from you, and do not refuse the one who would borrow from you." Are we the kind of nation that assists in helping homeless people? Or are we a nation that makes helping homeless people illegal?

My first Rescue Mission has been put on hold. My Visa expired before I had a chance to give out all the pizzas I wanted to and I was forced to return to Sweden. I want to come back and execute my rescue mission one day. I am allowed to come back for 90 days at a time on a tourist VISA, but then I have to leave again. If I raise enough money, I will come back and finish what I started.  If I raise 150.000 dollars I can come back on a E2 VISA and finish what I started.  To get that type of VISA, I need to invest the required money into a business. It can be a non profit business where the money goes to charity.

Deuteronomy 15:11 "For there will never cease to be poor in the land. Therefore I command you, ‘You shall open wide your hand to your brother, to the needy and to the poor, in your land."

Luke 3:10-11 And the crowds asked him, “What then shall we do?” And he answered them, “Whoever has two tunics is to share with him who has none, and whoever has food is to do likewise.”
