Help for Ashley’s funeral and unexpected expenses

Our beloved Ashley Sanchez passed on the night of 8/3/21. Ashley was a wonderful daughter, sister, granddaughter, niece, aunt, cousin and friend, who touched the lives of those around her. She was such a sweet, caring and very respectful young lady. She leaves behind with destroyed hearts, her parents Alex and Sally Sanchez, two brothers Francisco and Joel, and her dog Oreo. Ashley was very dedicated to sports such as, basketball, volleyball, and bowling. She loved the White Sox as much as her dad. Her parents were long-time season ticket holders and the three were headed home from a game on Tuesday night before the crash in which Ashley tragically lost her life due to the nonsense violence happening in Chicago. An attempted carjacking took the life of our beautiful soul who had a promising future ahead of her.

We are all devastated by Ashley’s loss and unfortunately not prepared for the high cost of funeral services and her parents medical expenses as her mom was also hurt and was in ICU for head injuries, suffered leg injuries and has a long recovery ahead. We want to give Ashley the memorial services she deserves, to honor her memory and say our last goodbyes.

I am currently asking for donations to help cover the cost of Ashley’s funeral and her parents medical expenses.

Nuestra querida Ashley Sanchez falleció la noche del 8/3/21. Ashley fue una maravillosa hija, hermana, nieta, sobrina, tía, prima y amiga, que conmovió la vida de quienes la rodeaban. Era una jovencita tan dulce, cariñosa y muy respetuosa. Deja con el corazón destrozado a sus padres Alex y Sally Sánchez, a sus dos hermanos Francisco y Joel y a su perro Oreo. Ashley fue muy dedicada a deportes como baloncesto, voleibol y bolos. Amaba a los White Sox tanto como a su padre. Sus padres eran titulares de boletos de temporada durante mucho tiempo y los tres se dirigían a casa de un juego el martes por la noche antes del accidente en el que Ashley perdió trágicamente la vida debido a la violencia sin sentido que sucede en Chicago. Un intento de robo de auto se llevó la vida de nuestra hermosa alma que tenía un futuro prometedor por delante.

Todos estamos devastados por la pérdida de Ashley y, lamentablemente, no estamos preparados para el alto costo de los servicios funerarios y los gastos médicos de sus padres, ya que su madre también resultó herida y estuvo en cuidados intensivos por lesiones en la cabeza, sufrió lesiones en las piernas y tiene una larga recuperación por delante. Queremos darle a Ashley los servicios conmemorativos que se merece, para honrar su memoria y despedirnos por última vez.

Actualmente solicito donaciones para ayudar a cubrir el costo del funeral de Ashley y los gastos médicos de sus padres.
