Pooling in our generosity for the people in need

I recently had my car stolen straight out of my driveway and was really amazed to see how the car enthusiast community of the maritimes came together to help me find my car. Babatundé Lawani did a story for the local TV News (Téléjournal Acadie) but the story doesn't end there as it was picked up by many journalists such as Alexandre Silberman (CBC National) and Vassy Kapelos (The Vassy Kapelos Show)! I was well insured and will be able to afford getting my car fixed but I'm getting messages from people wanting to help. I would like to redirect that notoriety and compassion to the people like the thief who stole my car on Oct 27th 2023.
I've since learned that he is homeless and has a drug dependency. This problem is growing in my neck of the woods (Greater Moncton Area) and I would love for anyone with a kind heart to give to them so we can tackle the problem at the source. I would love for everyone to have the same chance at life in this world.

If my story touched you please consider giving to Harvest House Atlantic.

Thanks,

Sebastien Michaud
