Pranavayu Danam- Fundraising for Covid-19- India

Raising funds to help supply oxygen concentrators and medical supplies to Covid affected patients and to assist frontline health workers in Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh, India. Anantapur, one of the districts in Andhra Pradesh is worst hit by Covid-19 in the 2nd wave, with only limited medical resources available for its members.

Through fund raising and volunteers support Dr. M.R.Geetha Bala, a Professor in Economics from Anantapur is voluntarily helping out and coordinating those in need by setting up a 3-minute 100 bed Triage Center, an Out-Patient ward to Covid patients who are turning up with low oxygen saturation levels at the Govt. Hospital in Anatapur. As the cases are increasing vastly by the day, there's an urgent need for oxygen concentrators, ventillators and other medical supplies both at the Govt. Hospital and at various public hospitals. She is working alongside Indian Medical Association IMA to source Oxygen concentrators for the Covid patients. In order to assist the needy, we are raising funds and working at the ground level to deliver essential help.
