New Computer for 'LIVE' Streaming

Hey Guys, I need your help; this is simple.  I came back from the future; unfortunately, my equipment DID NOT.

My current computer (Laptop), a very recent purchase, isn't up to speed.  For Streaming without System Failure, I need a New Desktop with the following Specs: 
4 Cores and 3.5GHz Clock Speed or better and an additional display to monitor the Live Stream.
I purchased the laptop without the foreknowledge of having a YouTube Channel.
Now that I have a Channel, I want to deliver the BEST CONTENT with the BEST EQUIPMENT.
