For Richard Estrada Family

Today is a sad day for the Empire Yard Maintenance family, we have lost one of favorite, hardest working guys our team has ever had. Richard Estrada passed away last night from complications after heart surgery on Wednesday.

On Wednesday while at work he started complaining of chest pain. His partner took him to the hospital where doctors repaired a tear in his aorta. Unfortunately while in recovery from the surgery he never woke up.

He will be dearly missed by all of the guys on our crew. He had a serious, hard working side to him but he was always quick to bust someone's chops and crack a joke. I could always rely on him to show up to work everyday and I never had to think twice about his maintenance jobs getting completed. His loyalty to our company was unmatched.

We are asking for anyone who is able to help donate to Rich's family to help with funeral costs. He was the main financial support for his family, so I'm sure they will need all of they help they can get. We are all a big family here so if we can come together and help out it would be greatly appreciated!
