ROAD TO ANTARCTICA

INTRO
A very warm welcome to everyone, I'm Jake and I'm an adventure/endurance athlete. Last year, I announced my vision of setting a world record expedition in Antarctica. A solo, sled pulling expedition that will take 53 days to complete. It's the equivalent of pulling a sled of food heavier than you for a marathon distance every day, for 53 days... in temperatures lower than -50°...

But! "One does not simply 'GO' to the South Pole."
The South Pole is hugely dangerous and will take time to prepare for mentally and physically. So what you are supporting is my road to the South Pole.

ROADMAP AND WHERE FUNDING GOES
I have set out on a 5-7 year plan to set this record at the south pole & every year we will produce a documentary film to show you how its going. Turns out film making is expensive so all the funding we generate will directly fund film production and event logistics (i.e travel, camera cost, camera operation etc).

Endurance / Mindset: Cycling 1400km in-one-go (FUNDING IN PROGRESS)
Arctic experience: Artic Sledpull (Greenland)

MY MISSION
My mission yesterday, today and tomorrow, is to provide motivation to absolutely everyone who has a dream, and to show no matter how big it is, if you break that dream down, and sit on it long enough, you too can make it happen. I have spent the last years doing absolutely that and I've done everything I can to grow myself and everyone around me to be better versions of themselves.

OK, Final note... 
I do all this because I absolutely love it, I couldn't see myself doing anything other than this for the rest of my days. I will make all this happen, it's only a question of when it happens.
