RYLEE--Chapter Two!

PLEASE SEE OUR CURRENT UPDATE!!
STUNNED! Prepare to be shocked, as we were. See the GRAPHIC photos of this Weimaraner girl who has
a tumor on her rump the size of a cantaloupe!
RYLEE
just came into our rescue program midday yesterday,
15 August.
She has raging bacterial ear infections in both ears, totalbody allergies that currently manifest with bacterial
skin infection. Treatment has already begun for the
infections, which are secondary to the incredible tumor. We are waiting for a report on biopsies of the tumor,
and will then know which veterinarian should do the
surgical removal of the tumor. The estimate at this time
is surgery will be between $3,000. and $5,000. That is inaddition, of course, to what we have already paid for
initial work up and treatments. Our veterinarian suspects this may be a sarcoma, and if it is a soft tissue sarcoma, they tend to be localized.
We decided we need to go ahead and start the fund
raising for Rylee’s much needed surgery. We can and willamend our needed amount when we have the actual
estimate of surgical costs. That estimate will be availablefor anyone to see, as we raise funds.
Rylee is a young 5 years old. She has a playful personality and many good years ahead, we hope, if we can get the Monster Tumor removed. We really appreciate knowing there is such a compassionate dog loving community that can and will help us to help Rylee.
We must stress that we need to rapidly get the funds
together for Rylee, and you will understand the urgency when you look at the provided photos. Please consider how you can help us, and please also share this story
with everyone you can! We need to schedule this
surgery ASAP!!
We hope to have the biopsy results by the end of this week, then we will know which surgeon will be best. Then we expect to see them and have actual estimate by early next week. All updates will be posted to you as we have news. Many thanks in advance for all the help we know Rylee will receive!
