In Loving Memory of Randy Paz

On Sunday August 2, 2015, the world lost a great man, the courier industry lost a great stalwart, I lost a great friend, but Jan lost her everything - her best friend, Randy Paz.
Randy was diagnosed with ALS (amyotrophic lateral sclerosis), also known as Lou Gehrig's Disease, a few years ago. ALS, as you may know, is a progressive disease which attacks your body's nervous system, and is always fatal. Fewer than 20,000 people in the US every year are diagnosed, and my friend Randy was one of those.
Since receiving his diagnosis, Randy was unable to be offered any life insurance, and due to his disease, he and Jan were - and continue to be - inundated with medical bills. As a result, Jan is unsure how she is going to pay for it all, including his cremation.
Please help me come up with the funds - and then some - to help put this great guy to rest, and to assist the family in the very difficult time ahead.
