Re-Home Affuan Wings Orphanage

Hi, we’re Jasmin Bakhre & Liv Johnston from Women with Wings CIC, UK.

Not many people know, but we have our own mini tribe of Women with Wings Children in Tanzania. From what started out as 1 unfortunate baby orphan has now grown into 30+ child orphans, all sharing a 2 bedroom property that our CIC has been funding for years. With the recent Cost of Living Crisis after the impact of Covid, we have been left with no choice but to reach out and ask for help to maintain our support over in Africa.

Although the children have a safe building to shelter, this is now so overcrowded with 16 girls sharing one bedroom, and the rest of the boys sharing the other. The staff that live-in have no space of their own and the demands of over 30 mouths to feed is becoming unrealistic to sustain.

We are making efforts to fundraise to find a larger property to move them into but we need your help! Any support, small or large would be hugely appreciated and you would make a life-changing difference to our small friends and family.
