MISSION STATEMENT
Reagan's Wish is dedicated to inspiring hope, enriching lives and raising awareness for children affected by special needs. We pride ourselves on bringing smiles to the faces of children affected and their families.
Reagan's Wish was founded in 2013 by Kim Smith on behalf of her daughter Reagan affected by autism. The women who volunteer with this group are dedicated as they are all directly impacted by a child affected.
All money raised in our community will stay in our community and it is our passion and goal to provide support to these children wherever the need is the greatest.
Believe God has a plan for these children.
Love them through their journey.
Imagine the things they will accomplish.
Reagan's Wish began because of a random act of kindness when a couple donated an iPad to my daughter affected by autism. I was so touched by their kindness it inspired me to pay it forward. Reagan's Wish provides iPads to children affected by autism who are nonverbal. Many children on the spectrum are visual learners so the iPad is a wonderful tool for these children and can open a whole new world for them as it has my daughter. As of now we have awarded 14 iPads to local children and 1 adult affected. For me, there is nothing more rewarding than making a difference in the life of a child. Reagan's wish believes God has a plan for these children, that we should love them through their journey and imagine all the wonderful things they will accomplish. Making a difference one iPad at a time.
