Help Recycling E-Scrap continue free recycling of E-Waste.
Donation protected
I started the first EPA-approved electronic recycling in the USA in Jacksonville, Florida, in 1993. My companies have diverted millions of pounds of CRTs, old TVs, and any electronics that plug into the wall or run on batteries. This equipment was recycled instead of being placed in landfills. TVs and computers have toxic metals like lead and mercury. Recycling is a very expensive operation and requires lots of labor. All money collected from this site will go directly to the continued recycling of the E-waste we collect every day.
The funds we collect will go directly to our recycling account to help offer more recycling and collection, which we have done every day for the last 31 years. Any money collected will support our recycling and collection only. No donations will be used for personal gain and will go directly into our Recycling E-Scrap account. The website is www.escrap.net. For 31 years we have recycled 90% of waste as a Free Service only charging on CRTs and CRT Monitors.
Where the funds collected will be distributed:
- Maintaining tools and transportation equipment to gather the electronics.
- Maintaining our processing facility for sorting and packaging items for recycling.
- Covering operating costs such as transportation, employee salaries, and public awareness campaigns.
- Buying necessary safety gear and certification to handle e-waste properly.
