Help for Rozan’s Family in Gaza
Hello, my name is Nicole, and I have started this fundraising campaign to help my friend Rozan and her family.
Rozan sent me the following words, and I can confirm that everything she describes is true:
---
Rozan:
“Since the war in Gaza began on October 7, 2023, my family and I have been living in constant fear. Our homes were destroyed by bombings, and we lost everything – family members, friends, and neighbors.
We fled to Khan Younis, where we lived in a tent without blankets or mattresses. Ten of us slept on the ground. But even there, we weren’t safe. The area became a military zone, and we had to flee again, this time to Rafah.
In Rafah, we bought another tent for a large sum of money, but the conditions were horrific – very little food, very little water, and death all around us. One day, a rocket struck the tents, including ours. Once again, we lost people we loved.
We couldn’t escape to Egypt because the border was closed. In desperation, we returned to Khan Younis, but with nothing. We had to buy basic items just to survive the nights, but we are still exposed to the elements.
Today, we don’t have enough food. The children cry every day from hunger and thirst. At night, they can’t sleep because the sounds of bombs keep startling them awake. Our tent doesn’t protect us from the rain, and when it rains, we stand ankle-deep in water. Winter has arrived, and we are freezing. Not all of us have shoes. We share the few blankets we have and hope every day for a ceasefire.
We are 14 people in total, including six small children and two infants. The babies are severely malnourished and their health is at serious risk.
Every day, we go out searching for food and water, walking for hours, not knowing if we’ll return to find our family alive.”

The situation is dire. Rozan’s family urgently needs support to cover basic necessities like food, water, blankets, and medicine. Every donation, no matter how small, can make a difference in helping them survive.
Please help us support Rozan and her family. Every contribution counts. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts and pray that there are people out there who see their suffering and extend a helping hand.
Thank you for your support.
