URGENT CALL: Reunited Dina & Riyad Back To Their Father Arms
Donation protected
Hello everyone
I am writing this message asking your help for a very urgent matter under difficult circumstances.
I am Yasmeen, a mother of two innocent angels, Dina, 3 years old, and Riyad, 2 years old. Before the war, I led a simple life in a small, cozy home with my warm-hearted husband, surrounded by our toddlers' laughter. I was thankful for our home, our jobs that sustained us, and allowed us to meet our basic needs.
Suddenly, everything vanished. My simple life crumbled when our home and jobs were destroyed by Israeli attacks in Gaza Strip. We were compelled to evacuate Gaza in response to Israel's call to leave the city and relocate to the south of Gaza.
In the south, especially in Khan-Younis city, began a harsh, inhumane existence with no place to live, no water to drink, and no food to eat. My family and I endured three months in a makeshift shelter, consuming contaminated water and meager rations just to survive. Even my children fell ill numerous times with gastrointestinal infections, exacerbated by their deteriorating mental health due to the terrifying sounds of ongoing Israeli bombardments.
In addition to all that, we had to evacuate once again from Khan-Younis to Rafah, taking only the essential things with us while leaving everything else behind. This ongoing struggle has left us feeling worn out, not just physically but emotionally and mentally as well.
For the past three months, my kids have not experienced the joy of playing outside like normal children. Their habits have become abnormal, with nights filled with inconsolable crying, disrupted sleep, and a decline in their overall well-being. My brave eldest daughter, Dina, who used to express herself eloquently, is struggling to communicate and exhibits worrying behaviors, such as speaking to walls. I fear she may be diagnosed with autism due to the traumatic environment.
The mental health of my family is few steps away from collapsing, and I am desperately seeking a safe haven to preserve my children's lives and provide them with a better future.
Attached are photos depicting the destruction of my home in Gaza, a stark visual representation of the challenges we face.
