Rhonda's Surgery and Post-Op Care

Hi, my name is Rhonda Gilbert. I have just been laid off from my job and will be losing my insurance at the end of the month. I need surgery on my foot to repair a lisfranc injury. I am also concerned about providing my special needs daughter with her diabetes meds and hormones used to treat her Turner Syndrome until I find another job and get insurance again. I hate to ask for help, but we have found ourselves in dire straits. Thank you for any help you can provide.
