Riece's Medical Fund

Hello Friends and Family! This is Riece, if you have met him you know how sweet and loving this brave little man is. Riece is the son of two very dear friends of ours, Jennifer and Shawn. They are some of the most amazing people and wonderful parents that we've ever known.

Riece was born with a double aortic arch and a reversed aortic artery. In 2014 Riece under went heart surgery to remove his second arch. On August 17th just one day after his tenth birthday Riece will head to San Francisco for open heart surgery (translocation) placing his aortic artery on the correct side of his heart.

I am starting this GoFundMe to help ease some of the financial burden for our dear friends while they dedicate their time to taking care of their son and helping him through his 6 month recovery period. Jennifer will be taking an extended leave from work during Riece’s recovery. Riece will be home schooled during this time and hopefully will be back to school in January 2017.
