My Dads Fight Against Cancer

My father was recently diagnosed with a rare disease called "Myelodysplastic Syndrome" or MDS which occurs when the blood-forming cells in the bone marrow become abnormal and is currently in Stage-2, without treatment it will evolve into Leukemia.
Funding for my Dad:
*The cost of staying at the Gabriel House.
*Medication that must be administered daily.
*Food.
*Bills that keep rolling in while we are away.
*Any other expenses that might occur during this long process.
The Only Cure:
His health is stable enough for the Stem Cell Transplant.
Backstory:
Over the past 4 years he has been suffering from Hodgkin's Lymphoma, receiving low amounts of chemotherapy and was receiving a pint or two of blood every week, leaving him without energy and worried about how long he can maintain this regimen.
The Procedure:
He will be admitted to the Mayo Clinic and I will be the donor. My father will be undergoing an extremely high dose of chemotherapy. This will suppress his immune system, attacking the cancerous cells in his blood and bone marrow.
Aftermath:
Once we are cleared from the hospital we are required to live within 30 miles of the Mayo Clinic for a minimum of 100+ days.
Conclusion:
I urge others out there that are in good health to sign up to donate stem cells or bone marrow.
*More donors=More lives saved*
We are thankful for the Mayo Clinics advancement in medicine.
Thank you for taking time to read and we thank you for any prayers or positive thoughts you have in our favor. We will beat Cancer.
On behalf of my father, my family and myself I thank you
