Coffee for Hospital Workers & Employee Relief

We are raising money in order to serve free coffee to Health Care workers at local Long Beach hospitals (VA Hospital, St. Mary's Hospital, and Memorial) and to help our own staff survive losses of income in the process.

100% of this money will be used for the following purposes 1) pay our staff to set up and run the "Free Coffee for Health Care Workers" program; 2) Purchase Coffee, pastries and/or other items/supplies needed for the program (anything Rose Park provides will be provided "at-cost", which is 15% less than our wholesale pricing); 3) provide additional income relief for our employees to make up lost income. If we have any additional funds we aren't able to use for coffee for health care workers or making up employee lost income, we'll be donating it to Long Beach Rescue Mission.

Please help us find ways to support the health care workers that are facing a long road of working in very stressful environments for long hours as the COVID-19 crisis continues to play out. Coffee is not a basic need like food or water or sleep, but we do believe that really good coffee can provide people a moment of simple pleasure and reprieve when life is chaotic and stressful. And we just want those health care workers to know we're thinking of them and thankful for them as things intensify. They will be making a huge sacrifice for the rest of us and our loved ones.
