Rosenblum Family Adoption

Hello, and thank you for taking the time to learn about our adoption journey. We are a loving, adventurous family of three: Olivia, Aaron, and Ruben (age 6). We have started the infant adoption process to add a fourth member to our family team, and we couldn't be more excited! We are incredibly grateful to be able to adopt a baby.

For us, parenting is about guiding a child through life with unconditional love and healthy boundaries. We both have fulfilling sibling relationships, and we are especially excited about helping our children form that unbreakable bond with each other. One of the most magical things about being parents is getting to watch a child discover the world for the first time and grow into their own person. We are honored to have the privilege of providing a safe, supportive, healthy home where our current and future children can grow and thrive.

Funds will be used toward adoption expenses, which are immense! The domestic infant adoption process is not only an emotional roller coaster but can include many unexpected costs in addition to the planned expenses. These expenses may include: adoption agency fees and advertising; medical, legal, and living expenses for the birth mother; our legal expenses; travel expenses; 2-3+ weeks of out-of-state housing and food while the adoption is being processed; and insurance and medical expenses for the baby's birth. All told, we will likely spend $75,000-$90,000 or more on the entire adoption process. Shocked? We sure were! But we are determined to find a way to make this work. We decided to go with American Adoptions because their agency has high ethical standards and good support for the birth mother, a risk reduction sharing program in case of an adoption disruption, and one of the shortest average wait times.

We are ready, excited, and grateful to adopt a baby, but this is a huge reach for us financially. Thank you for helping give us a boost toward adding another member to our loving family.
