Rostorfer Family Cancer Fund

If anyone knows our family, you know that we would be lost without our mother.

On April 25, 2017, Mrs. Barb Rostorfer - the rock of our family - was diagnosed with Cancer.

When this all started, our parents DID NOT HAVE HEALTH INSURANCE and they were DENIED MEDICAID TWICE.

Recently, our father Tom, had to reduce his hours at work to take care of our mother, which means our family is now relying on a reduced income to make ends meet.

Fortunately, on May 16, 2017, we learned that my mother will have FULL COVERAGE STARTING MAY 1, 2017, which will ensure that Barb is able to get the treatment she needs.

HOWEVER
,  all of the costs we accrued in April will NOT be covered. In April we had an X-ray, CT scan, an emergency room visit, and an intial consulation with a surgeon. We have already recieved almost $2,000 dollars in bills for the uncovered April costs and we know there will be more.

To help our selfless mother get the testing she needed for diagnosis and a treatment plan,  Devan has put $10,000 dollars on her personal credit card, increased her credit limits, opened up a new credit card, and is prepared to take out a small personal loan to make sure Barb gets the care she needs - but we need your help.

Make every day Mother’s Day
If you have ever interacted with Barb; her husband Tom; her children Dustin, Devan, and Dillon; or her grandchildren – please consider donating to our Family Cancer Fund so we can focus on spending stress free, quality time with our mother.

Your generosity means the world to us as we focus on making everyday Mother’s Day.
