Let's drink to long life, health, happy guts, and tasty drinks! Salt Marsh Farm is a craft kombucha brewery on the south coast of Massachusetts. I am raising money for matching funds in a grant proposal to build out a dedicated brewery, get a wholesale license to supply schools, restaurants, and bars with tasty, healthy kombucha, and begin building an awesome team of people to build and run the business.
If you're unfamiliar with it, Kombucha is a fermented tea beverage filled with live probiotics that help keep your gut happy and you healthy. Salt Marsh Farm kombucha is less acidic and only naturally effervescent rather than force-carbonated. It is currently available at farmers markets in Massachusetts and parts of Rhode Island.
Salt Marsh Farm kombucha is made with organic black and white tea and flavored with herbs, fruits and spices grown on the farm, sourced from local farmers, or procured from sustainable sources. That makes it good for you, the environment, and the community!
The vision for Salt Marsh Farm providing healthy, delicious kombucha to residents and visitors to southern New England and beyond. The five year plan includes a farm growing the ingredients for the kombucha, a taproom to welcome customers, and a wide network of wholesale clients providing kombucha to all who want it.
