Help Me In My Endeavor To Establish An Exquisite Oyster Bar

I am Brandon King, the chef owner of Salt & Fire Catering. I am a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Academy with over 17 years of experience in the culinary industry, working in various capacities such as cook, sous chef, head chef butcher, and fishmonger.

After spending 17 years working in upscale dining establishments, I made the decision to impart my own culinary passion into recipes by sharing ones of my own creation. My desire is to introduce individuals to the food that I enjoyed during my upbringing. As a child, my father frequently took me fishing and camping. I fondly recall the uncomplicated joy of sitting by the water's edge with a fire crackling nearby, watching as my father would season a piece of meat with salt and cook it over the flames to perfection. Thus, it seemed fitting to christen my catering venture "Salt & Fire."

I am currently raising funds in order to realize a lifelong aspiration of mine by opening a restaurant, which I aim to turn into a lasting legacy for my children. It has long been my fervent desire to spread happiness and delight through sharing food with others. Over the years, I have forged meaningful connections with countless individuals, and I am determined to continue fostering these relationships by creating a space of my own. Thanks to the overwhelming support received, Salt & Fire managed to persevere through the challenges posed by the pandemic. Now, it is time for me to take the next step towards further success. My vision is to establish an oyster bar offering a menu that highlights the finest local seafood infused with a contemporary Italian and Southern-American influence. I am in search of operating capital to ensure the sustained operation of my establishment and prevent any premature closure. Additionally, I plan to extend discounts to healthcare workers, military personnel, law enforcement officers, and firefighters through the menu.
