Sam Chadwick Legacy fund

Sam Chadwick was a warrior who battled osteosarcoma for a year before losing his fight at just 25 years old. He was a true inspiration to everyone who knew him. Throughout his battle Sam continued to hunt, fish and even golf - despite making the difficult decision to amputate his arm.
Sam was humbled and grateful for the outpouring of financial support shown during his fight. It also inspired a new dream and mission for him - to help anyone with a life threatening illness to experience the outdoors he loved so much. All donations, including previously raised funds to help with medical expenses, will be used to assist adults & children with needed adaptations to experience hunting, fishing, hiking, golfing or any other outdoor experience otherwise prohibited by their illness.
Sam’s family and friends are determined to honor his memory and fulfill his mission. The Sam Chadwick Legacy Fund will help honor Sam’s passion for the outdoors by giving back in this way. proceeds will go directly to funding this project and ensure Sam’s legacy will live on in exactly the way he would want.
