I am reaching out to anyone who would be so kind to contribute a donation for the family of Shadi Abu Rida, his 3 beautiful children, eldest Habiba, Yemen and Adam, Shadi's wife and his parents. I have been in touch with them daily for over a year in Gaza. They had a beautiful home and life before the horrific warzone that has robbed them of everything and they live a nightmare of fear and survival everyday. Due to a major scarcity of goods they struggle to find enough food and clean drinking water, clothing and blankets etc. Ideally they want to evacuate as soon as possible but to do so is very expensive and difficult. Shadi does everything he can everyday to keep his family alive and safe. Many times they have had to pack up the little they have and relocate to escape bombings surrounding them. The weather also impacts their tent and ability to maintain it. All at an expense due to scarcity and desperation. They have no choice but to find some way to pay for the things they need to survive. These are kind gentle people who appreciate anything sent their way. Habiba is an adorable affectionate child who has been making me beautiful personalized art and finding ways to smile despite how she must live. She and her brothers/ family deserve a safe life and chance at a future. ❤️
