Save Roanhead
Donation protected
We are a group of local people fighting to prevent the development of a large holiday lodge park close to the sensitive coastal dune habitats at Roanhead and Sandscale Haws between Askam and Barrow-In-Furness. Roanhead is home to many rare animal and plant species, the most threatened of which is the Natterjack toad. Funds made to this cause will be used to gather and distribute vital information needed to fight for this beautiful and fragile area.
