Please help Norman the Meatloaf Dog

Poor little Norman has been struggling with some serious health conditions as of late. He was hospitalized for congestive heart failure and kidney failure in February of this year and now the sweet little meatloaf is back in the hospital again, in stable but critical condition. To make matters worse, this recent episode is happening while Joey and Moe, the people who love him most, are out of the country. I can't even begin to imagine the horror and helplessness they must be feeling right now.

My name is Steph and I've been Joey & Moe's friend and dogsitter for the last couple of years. Together, Moe's stepmother, Karyn, their good friend, Amy, and I have been doing all we can to make sure Norman is getting all the care and love he needs until they return. We almost lost Norman on Tuesday, but he continues to recover thanks to the amazing team at VCA Bay Area Veterinary Specialists in San Leandro, who love him to pieces and are caring for him around the clock.

So, the vet bills continue to pile up while Joey and Moe are doing the best they can to deal with this truly horrifying situation until they're able to return Saturday. It would be really amazing and truly heartwarming if collectively we can put a huge dent in these growing medical bills before they return Saturday, allowing them to focus on Norman instead of their finances. We can do this.
