The morning of November 10, 2015 a member of the Wilber community passed away in an auto accident just outside of Wilber. Kevin Schroeder was the young age of 42 at the time of his passing. He was the sole provider for his family. His wife, Jessica, has been having medical issues including surgeries. The couple also have a 14 year old son Matthew at home. The Schroeder family was in hardship before Kevin's passing. Anything donated to the GoFundMe will be used for medical expenses.

The Schroeder family is also preparing for a funeral for Kevin's grandfather whom passed away on November 9, 2015. This is a very difficult time for the family. Please keep them in their thoughts and prayers and they go through this difficult time.
