Help Give Tyler His Smile Back
Donation protected
My brother Tyler Etherton is turning 20 on November 15th and I want to send him off into adulthood with a gift he'll never forget, by giving him his smile back.
Even before all the other crap, Tyler started this year off losing his right front tooth while wrestling around with his brothers, and something he already hated about himself became much worse. It's tough enough out there in the real world without having to hide your happiness behind a closed mouth and feeling subconscious when you can't. Tyler's tough but we all need a little help now and again and, after the nightmarish year he's had, I think nows when he needs it most. The fact that he's stayed on the right path despite it, means he truly earned this. The messed up part is how handsome he is and doesn't seem to realize, hopefully this will give him that confidence back. At the very least we owe it to him for all those years he put up with our gap toothed jokes like a friggin champ. He's been to hell and back and yet somehow always kept a smile on both his face and those around him, that smile deserves to be bright.
Try and put yourself in his shoes. Your 19 and missing one of your front teeth. Your beginning the transition into adulthood, molding into the man you will become. This makes something as simple as getting a job that much harder. Tyler is capable of becoming a great man and I'd hate for something like a tooth to be the thing that holds him back.
It's an expensive operation and that's why I'm asking for your help. In order to fix his teeth for good, so he doesnt have to deal with another denture untill hes 90, it will cost $4,000... insurance hasn't made a final decision, but we can assume that if they help, at all, it won't be much. I set the goal at $3,500 because I think this is very doable number, knowing how many people care about this kid. Literally any donation will help, but remember we only have until the 15th, so don't lag. Tyler's one of the smartest, kindest, and funniest people I know, and I feel lucky to call him my brother. I'll start it off with a $500 donation. Lets go people! Lets give Tyler his smile back!
Here are few additional rewards for your donations:
Any amount = have your name included in Tyler's birthday card
$25 = Next time you see an Etherton they'll buy you a beer
$100 = A personalized thank you note, including a before and after picture.
$200 = A photo of the Etherton boys posing as you see fit
I know these are pretty lame rewards, but hopefully the real award is helping out a friend. And be nice guys. I dont want to embarass him with this, but i think he'll forgive me if we pull this off without to much hate. Lets show Tyler how much we love him.
Much Thanks,
-Tanner
