The Situation

 

Malawi is a country in southeastern Africa, with a population of just over 20 Million. 10 Million, are children under the age of 18. Many Malawian communities lack clean drinking water, leaving the job to young women who walk long distances with buckets just to provide for there families. As a result they usually aren’t able to attend school.

 

Were we come in

 

We work with our counterparts in Malawi to build wells in undeveloped communities so no one goes thirsty and girls can get an education too. By building wells, communities can expand and develop further. More info on our website

 

Why $7500?

Some may ask why our goal is $7500, this is the full cost of boring a hole, installing the well, proper foundation and infrastructure.
