20th Annual Staley Memorial Cup

The Staley Memorial Cup was established in 2004 after the passing of Ric Staley. This event was originally established to get together former teammates of Ric's to play an exhibition hockey game in his honor. Since 2004, this event has organically evolved into a family oriented community fund raising event to support local youth hockey. In addition to the free hockey entertainment, the community can enjoy some free food, a public open skate, event prizes, local business merchandise available for purchase, and other ways to donate and get involved. This annual event takes place at the Big Dipper Ice Arena during May. ALL DONATIONS RECEIVED GO TO SUPPORT FAIRBANKS LOCAL YOUTH HOCKEY.

The Staley Memorial Cup is a unofficial Non-profit organization. 100% of all donations received go to support Fairbanks Local Youth Hockey.
