Support an Inclusive LGBTQ start-up Security Business

I wish to start an LGBTQ+ security business with the initiative that promotes inclusivity and equality in the security industry. I am a dedicated Security Manager with over 20 years of experience in security operations. I am committed to promoting inclusivity and equality within the industry. Throughout my career, I have steadfastly advocated for inclusivity and equality within the security industry. Recognizing the systemic discrimination faced by LGBTQ+ individuals, veterans, and other cultures in San Diego, California, I have actively worked to create equitable work environments. This includes implementing DEI (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion) training programs, fostering inclusive team cultures, and addressing discriminatory practices head-on that most security companies brush off within the state of California. I am dedicated to challenging industry norms that marginalize these groups and am committed to promoting fair treatment that 90 percent of the security companies neglect to enforce because hateful and prejudiced co-workers in management are jealous of working side by side with equally well-trained security guards or even managers.

By supporting this initiative, the NGLCC will be instrumental in establishing a security company that not only addresses the safety needs of San Diego's businesses and residents but also sets a benchmark for inclusivity and equality in the industry.
