Stephanie Strom's Recovery

On Sunday January 29th 2017, Stephanie Strom was doing what she does best.  She and her husband Craig were serving the Lord, as they do tirelessly, at their church, Heritage Christian Fellowship.  While setting up for the first service, Stephanie suffered a sudden and severe cardiac event and collapsed.  In an instant, she was medically dead.  Craig, church staff, and volunteers immediately began life saving measures.  Stephanie was rushed to the hospital and her heart was shocked back to life.  During the next hours and days, her condition was very critical, and it looked like hope was fading, but God had other plans.  Against tremendous odds and to the amazement of all, Stephanie's heart began to stabilize.  A pacemaker was applied and she finally began to improve.  At the time of this writing, doctors are determining what damage may have been done to other organs, but there IS hope!

The road to recovery will be a long one.  First, and always foremost, PRAY!!  We are witnessing a miracle in the making every day she gets better.  The prayer going up for Stephanie has come from all over the nation and even the world.  It's imperative these fervent prayers for healing and complete restoration continue. 

Second, if you are able, please give.  The expenses are unclear at this point, but likely to be tremendous.  Aside from the medical bills, we want to ease the burden of the Strom family as they focus on healing but still have everyday bills and expenses.  Because the road is long, we don't know exactly how much will be needed.  We chose to make the goal $10,000 initially, and will adjust as necessary.
