Stonie's Buds- Building The Boarding House Studio
Donation protected
Attention STONIE'S BUDS!
All of E-Stone's friends are coming together to tell the next wave of snowboarding stories on his new podcast: Stonie’s Buds.
Together with a tight crew of his guest-host buds, Stonie is going to mix it up and keep you guessing about who will join him in the booth that day. It may be one person, or it may be a roundtable, but whoever it is, they’ll always be hand-selected to bring out the guest’s best stories.
And the list runs deep. Since 1993, Stonie has been traveling the globe, meeting all the amazing people who make up this incredible sport that has now become a lifestyle for most of us.
From the world's most seasoned veterans to the next great superstar, from the people who created your favorite brand or gear, to the ones who captured your favorite image or clip over the years, they’re all here.
Expect riders from all angles to join the conversation as they shed light on the stories that were once only shared in smoky bars or around a massive kicker build.
Most of all, expect legendary tales from those who have shaped snowboarding into what it is today, as well as the ones creating its future.
So... Stonie Buds? Check.
Bud's Buds? Lined up.
Studio? That's where we need your help:
E-Stone's new podcast studio will ensure that these stories are told on his terms with no further interruptions…
To be able to air in time for this season, we are launching this GoFundMe campaign to gear up the new studio.
In true Stonie Buds fashion, he will open up his house to show guests and transform it into The Boarding House, serving as the perfect setup for his guests.
Why The Boarding House? Nope, not because of the initials:
"When I was a kid growing up in Vermont, Burton race pro Andy Coghlan had an amazing shop in downtown Burlington called 'The Boarding House.'
After school, I would head there, and any day of the week, a crew would be hanging out, watching the latest skate or snow videos and engaging in funny conversations. Sometimes, Jeff Brushie and the rest of the VTSP homies would be part of that crew. Experiencing the sickest new videos while Brush and his crew commented was my first glimpse into snowboard culture.
It blew my mind and changed everything for me.
To pay respect, I'm naming the studio where we record 'Stonie's Buds' The Boarding House. I plan to adorn the walls with classic snowboards from history and put in the effort to make it an awesome space. With the conversations we'll be having with guests, The Boarding House studio will become the new home of snowboard culture."
Donate any amount, and you will be part of building something great, with our heartfelt gratitude!
Donate $500 or more, and get a spot on E-Stone Studio's Wall of Fame. Past that amount, the larger the donation, the larger your space on the wall.
"I want to reserve a portion of the studio's wall to pay tribute to those who helped make it happen during a time when support was much needed. Whether it's a cool quote from the donor, a drawing, or simply their name, I want to create something remarkable for people to admire. Thank you so much for your support!”
Now get ready, and get hyped, because in Stonie's own words, it’s going to be "So good, my dawgs!"
