Support our work protecting Afghan women and their families at risk! Since 2021, we have supported the evacuation of dozens of family. Afghan families at risk still need your support today!

What are the funds for:

-One of the families that we helped evacuate to France is in a very precarious situation while they wait for government support to come through! They are in France, but without any money for their basic needs (food, clothes, accommodation).

-Seven families we helped evacuate this year (2024) need funds to pay debts they incurred to be able to flee Afghanistan. Help them start over without debts!

About us

AiCN (Afghans in Crisis Network) is a network of human rights professionals that since 2021 have worked to evacuate Afghan women/activists and their families. After almost three years of work, and over 100 families supported, we are in need of urgently raising funds so that the families that have been evacuated this year can pay the debts of the significant expenses they incurred while waiting in Pakistan before they were evacuated (in a time span of 1 to 2 years).

About this fundraiser

AiCN is launching this specific campaign to find funds for seven families who had to borrow money and use their life savings in order to escape harm and pay for their visas and long standing accommodation while in Pakistan waiting for evacuation. We are also facing an emergency situation with one of these families that need urgent support to survive in France.

Mostly women-led, these families have from 1 to 8 children each, many of them girls who now will have the opportunity to go to school, practice their hobbies and have the freedom girls unfortunately do not have in Afghanistan right now.

This is the last stage of our work ensuring the safety of the families we support and we really need your help to make it happen!

All of the money collected by AiCN through this campaign will be transferred by us directly to pay for the needs and requirements of the families we support!

Besides raising funds for the families we have supported since 2021, so they can really start over in their new homes and in safety, we want this campaign to be an opportunity to showcase and share the art of 5 wonderful Afghan artists/activists and to raise awareness on the grave situation of women in Afghanistan!
