I am reaching out on behalf of Ahmed and his family, who are in dire need of assistance due to the ongoing crisis in Gaza. Their original fundraiser was paused, leaving them unable to access critical funds, and putting their lives at risk.

I was introduced to Ahmed's family through Operation Olive Branch and have been working to raise funds and awareness for their cause. Ahmed's family, consisting of parents Iyad and Sumer, and siblings Hala, Karim, and Tia, were living a normal life until October 2023, when their home was destroyed, and they were displaced multiple times. They have faced numerous challenges, including limited access to food, shelter, and internet connectivity.

As someone who has been in contact with Ahmed directly, I can attest to the urgency of their situation. Ahmed, a software engineering student, has to walk a great distance to access the internet, making communication challenging. Hala was studying English, and Karim was supposed to have finished his high school studies and then studied medicine, but because of the war, none of them were able to complete their university studies.

I am launching this new fundraiser to ensure Ahmed's family receives the support they need to survive and potentially evacuate Gaza. Any donation, big or small, counts, and I kindly ask that you share this campaign with your network to help us reach a wider audience.
