Support local mother brutalized by police!

We are raising money to support a Kansas City woman named Deja who was brutally attacked by the Kansas City police department. Deja is nine months pregnant and is due to give birth to her baby girl on October 19th.  Officer Newton of the KCPD slammed Deja to the ground on her pregnant belly, twisted Deja's arm above her head, and forcefully rammed his knee into Deja's back. 

Though Deja has been deeply traumatized, she is staying strong for her baby girl who is currently fighting for her life in her mother's womb.
