All students deserve equal access to fulfilling and enriching career opportunities. For generations, systemic inequities have unfairly limited access to the resources needed for success in American business and entrepreneurship. But when you support ELETE, you invest in the future of ambitious young leaders who break barriers, work against inherent biases, and uplift communities through business, entrepreneurship, and community action. Your tax-deductible donation to ELETE provides financial support to students, tailored academic curricula, and invaluable student mentorship, ensuring HBCU students have equal opportunities in business to address historical imbalances in power and economic access.

Purpose
Your donation will support ELETE’s life-changing program for two ambitious HBCU students seeking to become entrepreneurs, marketers, or leaders in business management. Hosted on-campus at Winston-Salem State University, ELETE offers student-tailored entrepreneurial training, mentorship, and hands-on experience, bridging the gap between classroom learning and real-world application. Last year’s program exceeded expectations, and this year’s students need your support to continue their journey.
ELETE provides a curated experience for a select group of students, equipping them with the professional opportunities and mentorship needed to succeed in business management, marketing, or entrepreneurship. As a 501(c)(3) organization, ELETE relies on tax-deductible contributions to fund stipends, academic credits, financial support, and mentorship, ensuring no additional financial burden on the university. Your support directly empowers the next generation of leaders, impacting their lives and communities.
The ELETE Program is Transforming the Entrepreneurial Landscape for HBCU College Students
ELETE offers an unparalleled experiential learning curriculum that equips students with essential business management skills, entrepreneurial training, and access to professional mentors who look like the students they are teaching. Our program addresses systemic barriers to success, increases access to meaningful real-world experiences, and improves campus dining with healthy, on-campus food options for HBCU students.
Your support enables us to continue offering valuable opportunities for students to gain practical experience, earn stipends, and build professional connections.
By contributing to our campaign, you are investing in promising young leaders' futures and helping create a more inclusive and equitable educational environment. Join us in empowering the next generation of entrepreneurs and making a lasting impact on their careers and communities.
