Survival Mode - Please Help

Well, it finally happened. I have been harassed to the point that it has affected my health, both physically and mentally. I have been unjustifiably removed from my position and am filing a lawsuit that will take a little bit of time.

I am officially unemployed after being offered a contract I could not legally sign in the state of Idaho. I emailed that to the superintendent, the HR director, the board president, and the district attorney and they all ignored it. They FORCED me out of my position after years of false statements and harassment. I even provided documentation of a grievance filed and proof of electronic stalking to no avail.

At the same time, my mental health deteriorated, to being SI/HI and medicated in 2020. Diagnosed with severe and chronic PTSD in 2022. And given a disability rating of 70% in 2024. That still didn't stop the harassment in the slightest. Then they removed me from my position without following state statute or board policy. I was even denied an interview as a disabled veteran with 16 years of experience while they selected a person that is shown on the state website to have been a certified administrator since 2023. Talk about some red flags,

It's a no-win scenario full of baseless accusations and harassment that I never faced in my life.

Again, they attempted a new contract that was 32% less pay than my previous contract and I can't legally sign it in the state of Idaho. So they effectively and against state statute, forced me out if my job without cause or justification.

HELP! HELP! Help! While I look for and hire a law firm and go through the legal process. From one attorney I've had contact with, I'm not the only one. Oh, how I wish I had paid more attention to that Dave Ramsey book and set some money aside for times like this.
