The charitable legacy of Susan D. Lee
Donation protected
Dear friends,
After a brief and courageous battle with cancer, my mother, Susan D. Lee, passed away peacefully and surrounded by love on November 11th. Those that knew her would agree there is no better way to honor her than to help perpetuate the important volunteer work she was constantly heavily and passionately engaged in.
This is why we are establishing The Susan D. Lee Fund for Civic Engagement. When formed, this fund will initially provide much needed, and first time, dedicated financial resources to the community outreach and volunteer initiatives of the Kennebunk Police Department, in Kennebunk, Maine. My mother was deeply dedicated to forging bonds between the police, and those in need, especially children.
We hope you will consider supporting this cause and allowing her work to continue, and to expand.
We look forward to sharing more information about this with you over time.
With deep gratitude,
Dan
