Our neighbours house fire - sutton leach

Hi, sadly our neighbours have been involved in a house fire this morning, thankfully everyone was out safe which is amazing - however, there has been so much damage to their house and belongings as a result of the fire.

I believe St Helens as a community has always rallied round and we will always help anyone we can. They haven’t asked me to do this fundraiser however I believe raising something for them will help to take the pressure off the family as everything has either been destroyed or smoke damaged.

Some of the family are with neighbours but others are currently in a hotel which they have to fund themselves for now and we are minding their adorable kitten Leo for them.

Any amount big or small will be a massive help to try and reduce some worry and stress and also help them rebuild some of their lives which has been affected by the fire including replacing lost furniture, a little boys bike/toys, clothing, appliances, funding the hotel and lots more. The cost will impact them for many months until the house is sorted. They do have home insurance but this again is going to take months to go through.

Update - one of the other cats was assumed to be outside at the time of the fire, after still not being able to find him they’ve entered the property to look and they’ve found him in the house badly burnt

After being checked over his vet bills alone now are estimated to cost over 700 pounds if you have a heart please can you donate, even if it’s a pound, it’s absolutely awful what this family are going through I couldn’t even imagine
